Let The PC Tune-Up Guy provide Help Desk Solutions through Remote Access. Whether you need Tech Support, help with an Office Application or just need to know how to do something in Windows, The PC Tune-Up Guy will connect to you remotely to diagnose and resolve your problem. This requires you to have a bootable PC with an active internet connection.
The PC Tune-Up Guy will visit your site to diagnose and resolve your problem or provide onsite training, and web services consulting. Onsite visit hours are Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm, and Saturday 9am – 3pm.
Drop Off Service can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
In order to streamline and prioritize support services, we use an online support ticket system. Click any of the support tickets below to send a support request to The PC Tune-Up Guy. You will receive a confirmation email that your support request has been received along with a ticked id number.
You will be contacted to determine support options and scheduling. Please provide as much information as possible in your support request, including screenshots or picture attachments so that we can asses the issue as much as possible before contacting you. (hint: complete the support request on a mobile device to take picture attachments of your issue)
You will have access to the ticket portal to track or add additional information to your support ticket. Just click the View Ticket button in any of the support emails. You can also reply to any of the support emails you receive to add to your support request.
If you have an active support ticket and have another issue not related to the active ticket, please create a new ticket to track each issue.
After your issue has been resolved, your support ticket will be closed. However, if you continue to need additional support regarding a previous issue, you can log in and re-open a ticket, or simply reply to the closed ticket email and it will be re-opened.
